Hello!

I am Tiffany Chi, RCIC-IRB.

I am a Canadian immigration consultant (licensed to practice before the Immigration and Refugee Board), based in Calgary, AB. I was born in Taiwan and grew up in Vancouver, B.C. Between 2008 and 2012, I worked as a Border Services Officer with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), where I gained significant experience in immigration enforcement and policy. After graduating from the University of British Columbia in 2012, I began practising immigration law and policy.

My practice is focused on strategic, compliance-driven immigration solutions for individuals, families, and employers. I am extensively experienced in all areas of immigration, including corporate and economic immigration, provincial nominations, family sponsorships, criminal and medical inadmissibility, and immigration appeals. I have a strong commitment to legal research and advocacy for my clients, and have helped countless families and professionals navigate Canada’s immigration system.

In addition to my consulting practice, I am also an Adjunct Professor with Queen’s University, teaching immigration law and practice in the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program, as well as the Communications Director with ImmSeminars, an education service provider for immigration practitioners worldwide.
